When will my item arrive?
Delivery depends on the time of day that your order is received. As a guide please see the following:
• Items purchased before 5pm Monday - Thursday will be shipped that day for delivery within 2 working days.
• Items purchased after 5pm Monday - Thursday will be shipped on the following day.
• Items purchased after 5pm on Friday will be shipped on the following Monday.
Do you offer bulk discounts?

What if I don't like my item
- If you are not happy with your item we do offer a returns service if the item is unopened.
- If the item has been opened then we will add a 15% re-stocking fee.
- Defective or damaged in transit items should be reported to us as soon as they arrive.
